Questions

The four we are asked most

Yes. There are no UK residency or nationality restrictions on owning or directing a UK limited company. You do need a UK registered office address - we provide one at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, or at 5 S Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AN.

Everything required to incorporate correctly: Companies House fees, UK VAT, identity verification fees, structure review, articles and share classes prepared for your situation, statutory registers set up and a complete digital document pack. Full detail on the company formation page.

UK VAT is charged in all cases and is already included in the prices shown. A newly incorporated company can register for VAT and reclaim it like any other business.

Registered office and company secretarial support are provided as an annual plan paid monthly. There is a minimum of 6 months paid, then 3 months' notice to end it, and the plan is reviewed annually. On exit all post is forwarded on and the registered office is changed. The full terms are in our terms of business.
